摘要
介绍了一种基于PIC16C711单片机的CO2焊机数字化控制系统,分析了系统的硬件构成原理和软件流程,并给出了部分子程序。焊接试验结果表明,该控制系统达到了设计的目标,焊机运行平稳,抗干扰能力强,可靠性高。
A digitization control system is designed for the CO2 welder based on PIC16C711 microprocessor. This paper correspondingly introduces the hardware principle, software flowchart and some typical subprograms. Actual welding experimental results show that this system has reached the goals of control, and the digitized welder can operate reliably with good capability of anti-interference.
