摘要
以Microsoft Access为数据库平台,建立了甘蔗糖业技术资料数据库管理系统。该系统每年收录全国甘蔗制糖行业的40多项技术经济指标,操作方便,可按用户的选择快速完成数据的运算、分类汇总和查询,并按设定的格式输出查询结果,生成《全国甘蔗制糖工业企业主要技术经济指标统计资料》及《全国甘蔗糖生产月报》的全部报表。本文介绍了该数据库系统的结构特点、数据操作方法及系统的应用概况,提出对信息资源进一步开发和利用的建议。
Industry Technical Data Management System （SITDMS） was developed using Microsoft Access 97. Over 40 items of technical and economic data were collected and stored in the system each milling season. The SITDMS can finish the data calculation and retrieve information in the designed format in a short time in term of user＇s selection, and create all the report forms of ＂Statistics of the National Sugarcane Industry Technical Data＂ and ＂Monthly Report of the National Cane Sugar Production＂. The structure of the database, database access method and application status of the system were presented, and suggestions on the further exploitation of the data resources were put forward in this paper.
