摘要
目的:建立姜半夏的数字化色谱指纹谱(DFPS),以对其进行质量控制。方法:采用HPLC梯度洗脱技术进行分离分析,色谱柱:Agilent Zorbax ODS C18柱;流动相:乙腈-水作梯度洗脱;检测波长:210nm;流速:0.5mL.min-1;柱温:25℃。结果:在选定的色谱条件下,建立了姜半夏的数字化色谱指纹谱,制定了控制姜半夏质量的指纹谱技术参数。结论:利用数字化色谱指纹谱技术控制姜半夏的质量是可行的。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC-digitized characteristic spectrum of Rhizoma Pinelliae processed with ginger, for quality control. METHODS A gradient seperation method was applied,Column: Agilent Zorbax ODS C18 ; Mobile phase: acetonitrile-water; Detection-wavelength: 210 nm;Flow rate: 0. 5 mL·min^-1 ;Column temperature: 25℃. RESULTS Using above optimum chromatographic condition. The digitized spectrwm parameters of Rhizoma Pinelliae processed with ginger were established. CONCLUSION Comparison of a group of characteristic peaks suggests that this technology is feasible in quality control of Rhizoma Pinelliae processed with ginger.
