肝脏转移癌的外科治疗

１９８０－１９９２年外科手术切聊治疗肝转移癌３０例，原发肿瘤为大肠癌１８例，非大肠癌肝转移１２例，无手术死亡。７例生存超过３年，２例生存超过５年，１例生存超过１０年。结论：肝转移部应首选外科治疗。
