摘要
以中药甘草作为主要研究对象,提取甘草中含量较多的3种物质:甘草酸,甘草次酸和甘草总黄酮,采用NBT光还原法检测甘草中上述3种物质消除氧自由基的能力,计算出抑制率。结果表明甘草酸和甘草次酸没有消除氧自由基的活性,甘草总黄酮具有消除氧自由基的活性。
This experiment is to study the Chinese herbal medicine licorice. First, extract the three kinds of materials from licorice: glyeyrrhizie acid, glyeyrrhentinic acid and total flavonoids from licorice. Second, NBT Photoreduetion method was used to examine the reducing abilities on oxygen radicals of these three extractives and compute the restrain rate. The results indicate that glyeyrrhizie acid and glyeyrrhentinie have no ability to reduce oxygen radicals, but total flavonoids from licorice has the ability to reduce oxygen radicals.
