从番茄干渣中提取番茄红素的工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 以番茄干渣为原料,研究干渣的粒度及提取方法对番茄红素提取效果的影响。结果表明:以3号、4号粒度的干渣为原料,液料比为4∶1(mL/g),50℃温度条件下浸提40min,能达到较好的提取效果。 In this paper, tomato dry dregs were used as raw material to study the influence of lycopene extraction by granularity of tomato dry dregs and extraction methods. The results showed that when No.3 and No.4 granularity was used as raw material, liquid-solid ratio was 4:1 (mL/g), temperature was 50℃ and time was 40 minutes, the extraetion effieieney was higher.
