摘要
通过正交实验对箬竹叶中叶绿素的提取工艺、叶绿素的稳定性以及叶绿素锌钠的制备工艺进行了研究。结果表明:微波辅助提取箬竹叶中叶绿素的最佳工艺条件为微波加热120s、物料配比(箬竹叶:复合提取液)1:6、提取液的pH为11、提取液中乙醇体积分数为30%。制备叶绿素锌钠最佳工艺条件为ZnSO4浓度为10%、箬竹叶粉与ZnSO4配比(g:mL)为5:15、锌代温度为70℃、锌代时间为2h。
The extraction and the stability of chlorophyll of leaves of Indocalamus latifolius and the preparation of sodium-zinc chlorophyllin were studied using orthogonal experimental designs. The results showed that the optimal microwave-assisted extraction conditions were: the extraction time (120 s), the ratio of powder of Indocalamus latifolius leaves to mixed extraction reagents (1:6) ,the volume ratio of ethanol (30 %),the pH value of extraction solution (11 ). It was found that the optimal experimental parameters for the preparation of sodium-zinc chlorophyllin were: the reaction temperature (70℃), the concentration of zinc sulfate (10 %), the reaction time (2 h), the ratio of powder of Indocalamus latifolius leaves to zinc sulfate (5:15).
