Malaysia has negotiated with the Oriental Land Co. ,Ltd. ---- operator of the Disneyland in Tokyo, hoping to ＂copy＂ the ＂Mickey Mouse＂ and to create a world-class theme park in order to step up the competitiveness of tourism in Malaysia and fight against the new casinos in Singapore and Thailand. The government of Johor, Malaysia plans to allot a total of 550 million US dollars as the investment in the project.
