开发区域水环境保护信息系统软件,不仅方便区域水环境信息的管理和查询,而且能够对区域水污染防治规划方案进行效益费用分析,为选择最佳的水污染防治方案提供科学依据。本文所开发的区域水环境保护信息系统,主要包括水环境保护基本信息数据库系统和水环境保护应用子系统。

Exploiting management information system software for regional water environment protection not only facilitate the management and inquiry of regional water environment information, but also help make a benefit-cost analysis for programming that aims at preventing and curing regional water pollution, thereby providing scientific reference for choosing the best plan. In this paper, the management information system for regional water environment protection is exploited, and that consists of the basic information database system of water environment protection and its application subsystem.
