摘要
近现代中国百余年宪政发展的历程告诫我们,当代中国的宪政之路必须彻底摒弃以往的工具主义态度,树立法律尤其是宪法至高无上的权威,大力发展社会主义市场经济,积极努力推进公民社会建设。
More than 100 years of Chinese constitutionalism tells us that, in our process of constitutionalism, we should abandon the supremacy idea of Constitution as a tool, vigorously develop socialist market economy, and actively promote the construction of civil society.
