摘要
作为公务员制度的一个重要组成部分,公务员培训是关系到国家行政机关工作效率与质量的重要机制。当前我国公务员培训制度有着与时代发展的不适应性,培训机制也缺乏完整性等问题,积极探求有效的解决对策,是一项刻不容缓的重大任务,是事关全局的大事。
As an important component of the civil service system, it is the important mechanism which concerns the working efficiency of national administrative organ and quality that the civil servant is trained. So, analyze the existing problem of the system that the present civil servant of our country is trained, and seek the rational settlement countermeasure, it is a very urgent great task, and it is the major issue of concerning the overall situation.
