摘要
依法治国理念具有十分丰富的内涵,其基本含义是依据法律而不是个人的旨意管理国家和社会事务,实行的是法治而不是人治;尊崇法律面前人人平等。其核心是确立和实现以宪法和法律为治国的最具权威的标准,严格做到依法办事。
Governing country with law means much.To reach the basic requirement we should have a government of laws,not men ,on the assertion that no one is above the law, and, to manage the state affairs according to the constitution and laws which strictly occupies the rung is the heart of the matter.
