受贿罪若干问题探析

On the Problems of Taking Bribes

受贿行为不仅使国家工作人员职务行为的廉洁性受到玷污,而且严重腐蚀国家肌体,妨害国家职能的正常履行。探讨、研究受贿犯罪中如贿赂的范围、为他人谋取利益、受贿罪的主体以及斡旋受贿等问题,对于惩治腐败,加强廉政建设意义重大。

Bribe-taking not only contaminates an honest and clean government but also seriously corrodes national administration, hence impairs the normal function of a government. It is of great importance to probe into those problems ,such as bribe-taking fields,seeking gains illegally for others, bribe mediation and etc. So as to punish corruption and to build an honest and clean government.
