摘要
平衡计分卡是近年来在国外较为流行的一种全新的战略管理方法,它可以将战略转化成可度量的指标,并使整个机构得以了解。针对目前房地产企业经营和管理面临的困境,运用平衡计分卡理论构建房地产企业绩效评价的理论体系,即通过平衡计分卡框架集成新的战略规划流程,系统分析房地产企业绩效影响要素的指标结构,建立了包含41项评价指标的绩效评价体系,使房地产开发企业的战略目标与员工日常工作的考核相结合。
As a new approach to strategic management in the resent years, Balanced Scorecard can convert organization's value drivers to a series of defined indicators.In the view of difficult position which faced by real estate enterprise management ,the paper will construct real estate enterprise performance appraisal theory system in the base of Balanced Scorecard. Namely it integrates the new strategic plan flow through the balance idea and analysis the target structure which influences performance essential factor. It establishes the performance appraisal system which has contained 41 appraisal indicators and unifies the strategic target and the staff routine work inspection.
