长期以来,高校德育知行不一、知行脱节直接影响了大学生思想政治教育的实效性。增强高校德育的实效性,必须切实强化知行统一,努力做到:用正确的“知”指导大学生的“行;”用科学的“知”规划大学生的“行;”改进方法,抓住课内课外教学环节实施渗透式教育;严把高校德育教师队伍的“入口关,”提高其感召力、亲和力。

For a long time, the theory of moral education is divorced from its practice. As a result, this situation seriously influences the practical result. The divorce of theory and practice is characterized by the following aspects, teachers should do the following things： 1. Using correct ＂theory＂ to guide students＇ ＂practice＂; 2. Using scientific ＂theory＂ to guide students＇ ＂practice＂; 3. Making full use of the teaching procedures in class and after class to implement teaching imperceptibly; 4. Teachers who are engaged in teaching this course should be proficient and popular among students.
