摘要
采用三维有限元法考究全下颌种植固定义在正中He均布加载,集中加载,前伸He加载下,其种植体-支架,人工牙,皮质骨,松质骨的应力分布变化规律,结果显示:(1)三种加载方式的种植体颈部及周转骨界面应力增高,以叶状种植体最明显,但种植体-支架,支持骨应力分布趋于均匀,分布规律近似,提示临床设计具有力学可行行;(2)全下颌牙种植固定义齿由刚性较好的支架有效地分散载荷。
In this study, the authors evaluated stress distributions and displacements in the implant-framework system, cortical bone, cancellous bone and artificial teeth of the complete implant-supported mandibular fixed prosthesis under different vertical loading conditions,They were a uniformal occlusal loading in centric occlusion,a concentrate occlusal loading in a posterior tooth bilaterally,and a protrusive acclusal loading on the cusp tips or incisial ridges of the anterior teeth.The results showed as follows.1.Under three occlusal loading conditions the stress in implant cervical regions and the surrounding bone interfaces increased,especially in the blade implant area.Stress distributions in implant-frameworks and supporting bone were even and similar to each other. 2. The complete implant-supporied fixed prosthesis of the mandible could transfer the load effectively, which was mainly completed by framework with good rigidity.
