成人输尿管、肾重复畸形（附15例报告）

Diagnosis and Management of Ureter and Kidney Duplication in Adult(Report of 15 Cases)

本文报道了１５例成人输尿管、肾重复畸形。其中左侧９例、右侧５例、双侧１例。治疗采用重复肾、输尿管切除术６例，切开取石术３例，肾周引流１例，３例保守治疗，２例伴其它疾病者采取相应治疗。认为在成人输尿管、肾重复畸形发生率低，仅占同期住院者的０．３％，并且疾病进展缓慢。对诊断和治疗等方面进行了讨论。

Fifteen cases of ureter and kidney duplication in adult were reported. The clinical manifestations were:dripping incontinence in 4cases、pain in 4、hematuria in 4 and urinary infection in 3. The diagnosis was usually made on intravenous urography、B ultrasonography and retrograed pyelography; left side 9 cases、right side5、bilateral sidel.Surgical or medical treatments were performed correspondingly. it is noted Ureter and kidney duplication in adult developed slowly and showed a lower incidence of 0.3 percent. The key points in diagnosis and management were dicussed.
