摘要 企业核心员工的流失有时给企业的打击是残酷的,例如微软公司的前全球副总裁李开复加盟Google公司,上海芯片工程师集体迁徙新加坡,创维营销团队集体跳槽,如此等等,企业核心员工应该如何管理,这一严峻的现实摆在理论工作者和实业者的面前。笔者立足当前组织承诺理论研究的成果,提出了企业核心员工管理九方格模型,作为一种应用性人力资源管理模型,它为企业对核心员工管理提供了理论上的决策依据和操作上的实证途径。 Corporation will be giving a cruel beat when its core employees go away. For example, Li Kaifu who was Microsoft all earth vine-president had joined in Google, all of shanghai CMOS chip engineers left for Singapore, and so on, The question that corporation is how to manage core employees is brought forward theory and practice. Penman has put forward a nine-- pane model based on organizational commitment theory, and as an applying management model, the model can provide decisionmaking reseasons and manipulating approaches.
