摘要
由于起步相对较晚,恢复重建的历史不长,湖南省教育督导制度在督导地位、督导规章、督导机构、督导队伍、督导职能和督导方式等方面还存在一系列的问题,因此需要大力加强,以适应教育改革和发展的需要,以适应教育管理科学化、现代化的需要,以适应自身健全和完善的需要。
Because it started comparatively and didn't rebuild for a long time, the educational supervising system of Hunan Province has a series of problems on its position, regulations, organization, troop, function and ways . Therefore we need strengthen it vigorously in order to satisfy the needs of educational reform and development, scientific and modernized educational management, and the perfect improvement for educational supervising system of Hunan province.
