摘要
面对激烈的竞争,地方高师院校必须严把“教学质量”关,将教师教学质量评估作为实施质量监控、提高教学质量的主要手段。由于师范院校的特性,这些学校的教师教学质量评估工作应有别于其他类型的高校。本文对地方高师院校开展教学质量评估工作的必要性及存在的一些问题进行了分析,并提出了一些思考和建议。
Facing the intense competition, local Normal University has to be strict with the teaching quality and carry out teaching quality valuation as the main means to improve quality supervision and teachers' teaching quality. Because of the teacher characteristic and oneself of local normal university in the meantime, teaching quality valuation in the local normal university should be different from other types of universities. This text analyzes the necessity and some problems of teaching quality valuation in local normal university, and puts forward some thinking and suggestions.
