加味四逆散对大鼠恶劣心境障碍模型额叶单胺类神经递质的影响 被引量:7

The Effect of Jiawei Sini Powder on Monoamine Neurotransmitter in Frontal Lobe of Rat Dysthymic Disorder Model

摘要 目的:观察加味四逆散对大鼠恶劣心境障碍模型额叶单胺类神经递质的影响。方法:选择OPEN-FIELD法评分相近的50只成年SD雄性大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、氟西汀组和加味四逆散大小剂量组,每组各10只。应用分养和长期不可预见的中等强度应激造成大鼠恶劣心境障碍模型。以HPLC-EC法对照研究恶劣心境障碍大鼠额叶单胺类神经递质的改变。结果:(1)与对照组比,模型组大鼠额叶NE、5-HIAA和5-HT的含量下降。(2)与模型组比,氟西汀组MHPG降低,5-HT和5-HIAA升高,加味四逆散大小剂量组NE、5-HT和5-HIAA升高。结论:结果提示恶劣心境障碍大鼠额叶单胺类神经递质含量降低,加味四逆散对恶劣心境障碍的治疗作用机理可能与改变额叶单胺能神经的功能状态有关。 Objective. To investigate the effect of Jiawei Sini Powder on monoamine transmitters in frontal lobe of Rat Dysthymic disorder Model. Methods: Male Sprague- Dauley rats were randomly allocated to five groups as follows: control, model, Fluoxetine, Jiawei Sini Powder Ⅰ (general dose) and Jiawei Sini Powder Ⅱ (overdose). The rat Dysthymic disorder model was produced by separation and chronic unpredictable mild stress. The behavior of rat was detected by open-field test. HPLC- EC was used to study the changes of monoamine transmitters in frontal lobe of rat Dysthymic disorder Model. Results: The results showed that NE, 5 - HIAA and 5 - HT in the model rats are lower, MHPG is lower and 5 - HT, 5 - HIAA are higher in the Fluoxetine, NE, 5 - HT and 5 - HIAA are higher in Jiawei Sini Powder. Conclusion: These data suggest that the monoamine transmitters in frontal lobe of Rat Dysthymic disorder Model are decrease and Jiawei Sini Powder was effective in the treatment of Dysthymic disorder.
