摘要
目的测定东风菜根微量元素的含量,探讨其药用基础。方法将东风菜根洗净、粉碎、消化、定容,用原子吸收分光光度法测定8种无机元素的含量。结果8种无机元素的含量(μg.g-1)分别是:Ca(5123.31)、Mg(2279.20)、Fe(633.98)、Mn(73.01)、Zn(45.02)、Cu(19.99)、Mo(0.54)、Se(<0.005)。结论东风菜根含有较高的人体必需微量元素Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu和Mo。
Objective With measuring the levels of the Doellingeria Scaber Thunb roots' microelements, to explore its pharmaceutical ground. Methods Make the Doellingeria Scaber Thunb roots cleaned, pulverized, digested and metered volume, then the levels of eight kinds of mineral elements were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry (AAS). Resuits The levels of the microelements were(μg·g^-1 ) Ca(5123.31 ), Mg(2279.20), Fe(633.98), Mn(73.01 ), Zn(45.02), Cu(19.99), Mo(0.54), Se( 〈 0. 005), respectively. Conclusion The Doellingeria Scaber Thunb roots have more essential mlcroelements, Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu, Mo. The traditional Chinese drugs' effects, as relieving fever, detoxication, promoting blood flow and antitumor effect, maybe related to these microelements.
