摘要
目的探讨小鼠颈部异位心脏移植模型的建立和手术方法的改进。方法采用“袖套”法血管吻合术(cuff技术),进行50次小鼠颈部异位心脏移植。结果该方法使供心术中缺血时间<30 min,7 d存活率可达到94.00%。结论改进后的模型简单实用,便于单人操作,提高了小鼠颈部心脏移植存活率,效果满意,值得推广。
Objective To explore the improved cuff technique of cervical heterotopic heart transplantation in mouse. Methods By modifying Matsuura' s method and using the cuff technique, connect in of the recipient' s external jugular vein with pulmonary aorta by using a 22G cuff connection of and the recipient' s common carotid artery with aorta by using another cuff were performel in mice for 50 times of heterotopic heart transplantation. Results The total ischeamic time of the graft shortened up to 30 min, and the survival rate of the recipient on 7 day increased to 94% using the new technique. Conclusion The developed of cervical heart transplantation in mouse is easier and more practical, and with an increased survival rate. This modle is a novel , simple and useful technique.
