新乡地区无偿献血者ABO和Rh血型抗原分布调查

Investigation on the distribution of ABO,Rh blood type antigen of the Han nationality in Xingxiang region

目的调查新乡地区汉族无偿献血者红细胞血型系统ABO和Rh抗原的分布情况,保证临床合理计划供血。方法用血型群体遗传学研究方法,随机选择新乡市地区无血缘关系的汉族无偿献血者12000名,进行ABO、Rh血型系统的表现型及基因频率分布调查分析。结果ABO血型表现型频率顺序B>O>A>AB,基因频率q>r>p;12000名无偿献血者检出RhD阴性40人,占0.33%,且Rh(-)以Ccdee和ccdee为多见。Rh血型表现型以CCDee和CcDEe多见,基因组合体频率CDe最高。结论新乡地区汉族人群ABO和Rh等主要血型系统抗原分布与北方汉族人群的分布基本相符,对建立稀有血型档案,保证临床合理计划用血及应急供血,具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To investigate the distribution of ABO, Rh blood type antigen of blood donors in Han nationality in Xingxiang region to guarantee clinical blood - supply reasonally. Methods Used blcod-type-population-genetics method, 12000 blood donors from the Han nationality were enrolled into the investigation at random, and the distribution of ABO, Rh blood type antigen and their gene frequency were analyzed. Results The frequency of ABO phenotype was as following： B〉O 〉A〉AB, and gene frequency was q 〉 r 〉p. All 40 RhD- negative individuals were identified, accounting for a rate of 0. 33 % in this cohort, which was identical to the Han people, and CCDee, CcDEe were common. Among Rh phenotypes, CCDee and CcDEe were common, and the frequency of CDe gene complex was the highest. Conclusion The distribution of ABO, Rh in the Han nationality from Xingxiang region accords with the distributive characteristic of blood type antigen of northern Han nationality, and it was of importance in setting up rare blood type archive to guarantee clinical blood supply reasonally.
