摘要 目的综述RNA干扰(RNAi)技术的发现、作用机制、作用特点以及应用研究新进展。方法检索国内外有关RNAi技术研究资料并整理总结。结果RNAi技术是利用双链小片段RNA高效、特异性的降解细胞内同源mRNA,从而阻断体内基因表达,使细胞出现靶基因缺失的表型。结论RNAi技术是一项较新的研究技术,可用于基因功能、基因治疗以及新的药物筛选等研究领域。 Objective To review detection of RNA interference (RNAi) technology ,its function mechanism,characteristics and new progresses in application study. Methods Inspects domestic and international great deal of concerning the RNAi technology research data ,sorting and summary. Results RNAi was make use of small fragment of RNA efficiently crumb and particularity declines to the cell inside homologous mRNA, thus stop the gene inside the body to express, make the cell appear the form type of the target gene absence. Conclusion RNAi is a newer research technology, it can be used for a lot of the research realms, such as gene function, the gene treatment and the new medicine sieving..etc.
