Decreasing the colour Difference between Sample Dyeing and Lot Dyeing

化验室打小样与车间大缸之间的色差是间歇式染色存在的最重要问题之一。本文针对活性染料染色这一突出问题产生的原因进行了系统地分析、探讨,并提出了从设备、染料、工艺、操作等几方面采取的解决方法。

Color difference between sample dyeing from laboratory and lot dyeing from workshop is one of the most knotty problems presented in batch dyeing process. Reasons for this problem in case of reactive dyeing is analysed systematically. Means for eliminating the problem is proposed in regard to e-quipment,dyestuff technology and performance.
