摘要
由于土地利用会产生新的交通生成量,使得O-D对之间的行程时间发生改变,由此引发土地利用中的公平性问题。通过分析公平土地利用条件下的交通预测问题,给出相应的模型思路,可为公平的交通和土地利用发展提供一个有效的途径。
Due to additional trip production resulting from increasing land-use, the O-D (origin- destination) travel costs between some O-D pairs may intuitively increase. This may in turn lead to an equity ased land-use transportation problem. The analysis on traffic prediction under conditions of fair land application with giving a bilevel programming model, can provide an efficient way for fair traffic and land application development.
