摘要
建立了动力总成悬置系统六自由度模型,探讨了用于动力总成悬置系统的优化目标,并以此为基础开发了用于动力总成悬置系统性能分析和优化设计的软件———SIMMOUNT。利用该软件对国产某汽车的动力总成悬置系统以能量解耦和侧倾方向传递率的平均值最小为目标函数进行了优化设计,优化后的动力总成悬置系统的隔振性能得到了改善。
A 6-degree-of-freedom model of power assembly mounting system was built, and the objective functions for the optimization design of power assembly mounting system were discussed. A software named SIMMOUNT used for performance analysis and optimization design of power assembly mounting system was developed. The optimization design of the power assembly mounting system of a domestic motor vehicle was made with decoupling the model energy of each mode and minimizing the average vibration transmitting rate of roll mode as objective function.
