摘要
在对振动筛的工作机理和运动分析的基础上,利用ADAMS软件建立了振动筛的模型,并对振动筛进行了动态仿真分析与参数的优化。结果表明:优化前振动筛的机构参数和运动参数基本符合清选要求,但是振动筛后端的垂直振幅偏大,不利于脱出物的分离。优化后得到了较优的振动筛参数,有利于减小振动筛后端的垂直振幅,使得谷粒更容易穿过筛孔完成分离,有利于减小损失率和含杂率。
Based on the analyses of the working mechanism and the movement behavior of the combine harvester vibration sieve, a model for the vibration sieve was built using the software ADAMS, and its dynamic simulation and parameter optimization were performed. The simulation results show that the structure parameters and the movement parameters of the vibration sieve before optimization are satisfactory for grain cleaning, but the vertical vibration amplitude of the sieve back-end is quite large to obstacle the grain separation. The optimized sieve parameters reduce the vertical amplitude of the sieve back-end, making the grains go easily through the sieve pores to be separated, and consequently help to reduce the grain loss rate and impurity rate.
