摘要 介绍了Autodesk Inventor的自适应虚拟设计及其设计流程。利用该软件创建22.5×9.00轮辋和12R22.5无内胎子午线轮胎虚拟装配体,基于装配体在位设计内支撑模型,并进行干涉检查、创建表达视图和工程图。最后探讨通过链接不同的轮辋和轮胎Excel参数表,实现基于中小型载重车辆的15°深槽轮辋和无内胎子午线轮胎的内支撑系列化设计方法,为其他型式的零压续跑轮胎内支撑设计提供了参考。 The method and flow chart of the self-adaptive virtual design of Autodesk Inventor were introduced. The virtual assemblage of a rim (22.5 × 9.00 ) and a tubeless radial tire ( 12R22. 5 ) were created by Autodesk Inventor, and the insertion model was designed based on the virtual assemblage of the rim and tire through in-place designing, the interference checkout, the presentation views, and the engineering drawings were associatively created and the consistent data were ensured among them during design-analysis-redesign cycles. The series of insertion based on 15° DC and radial tire were designed through linking the Excel parameters of rim and tire to the virtual assemblage model, the method can be used as a reference to other runflat tire insertion design.
