摘要
为提高常规工艺处理高藻原水时的除污效率,开展了O3和高锰酸盐复合药剂(PPC)强化常规工艺处理效果的对比研究。中试结果表明:O3和PPC预氧化均可以提高系统对浊度、有机物、藻类的去除效果,其中出水浊度<0.4 NTU的保障率可提高8%10%,出水CODMn≤3.0mg/L的保障率可提高10%12%。从对CODMn、UV254和TOC三项指标的去除效果方面考虑,预氧化剂和FeC l3的最佳投配比(质量比)为1∶14,且宜首选O3作预氧化剂。
In order to strengthen the treatment of high algae-laden source water by the conventional process, the enhanced effects of O3 and PPC were compared. The results show that O3 and PPC can improve the removal efficiencies of the system for turbidity, organic substance and algae; the percentage of the guarantee ratio of effluent turbidity less than 0.4 NTU are improved by 8% - 10%, and that of effluent CODMn less than 3.0 mg/L are improved by 10% - 12% ; for CODMn, UV254 and TOC, the optimal dosage ratio of preoxidant to FeCl3 is 1 : 14 ; for removing organic substances, the optimal preoxidant is O3.
