利用广义归一化函数带预测结构声功率

摘要 预测结构声源进入到支撑结构功率的精确公式包含机器在安装点的导纳矩阵、自由速度、以及支撑结构在安装点的导纳矩阵,缺乏实用性。利用广义归一化函数带获得机器透过安装点传入支撑结构功率的近似预测公式。近似预测公式涉及一对源物理参数和一个等效支撑结构导纳。文章以两个典型实际机器安装到无限大“水泥板”和有限大“水泥板”为例进行了结构声功率的预测。结果表明,近似预测的误差程度与利用计算机构造虚拟结构的方法获得广义归一化函数带的宽度相吻合。研究的结果为利用计算机构造虚拟结构研究结构声的方法提供了强大的例证。 The formula for predicting structure-borne sound power emission trom source to supporting structure contain source free velocity, source mobility matrix and supporting structure mobility matrix, and is inconvenient. By using a general normalized function band, three approximate prediction expressions which containing a pair of physical parameters and equivalent mobility of supporting structure is obtained. With two typical fans attached to an infinite plate and a finite plate as examples, structure-borne sound power is predicted with the proposed approximate formula. Results show that errors of the approximate method are in agreement with the width of normalized function band obtained based on simulation. It gives a positive example for studying structure-borne sound by using the method of computer simulation in constructing the virtual structure.
