四川省水资源及水利建设总体布局研究

Study on Water Resources and General Layout of Water Conservancy Works in Sichuan Province

对四川水资源的分布及特点、水资源的开发现状和存在的问题进行了综述,提出了全省各发展阶段需水预测和开发利用总体布局,并对加强水利建设提出了政策建议。

Distribution and characteristics,current development conditions and existing issues of water resources in Sichuan province are summarized.Water demand predication and general water utilization arrangement during each development period are presented.Some suggestions are provided for enhancing water resource development.
