摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法快速测定冰淇淋中的糖精钠。色谱柱为径向压缩柱,紫外检测定量。样品用硫酸铜及氢氧化钠溶液处理后,滤液不用萃取即可上机测定。本方法最低检测限为3.8×10-10g,变异系数CV=1.72%,回收率为96.25%~101.75%。
This is a method for rapid determination of saccharin sodium in ice cream by HPLC.The radial compression C 18 column and ultraviolet detector were applied to determination without extraction.The saccharin sodium content was measured after the sample was treated with solution of copper sulfate and sodium hydroxide.The minimum detectable values is 3 8×10 -10 g,the variation coefficient(CV)is 1 72%,the recovery is 96 25%~101 75%.
