摘要
在水电、房建工程项目管理中,为了对成本和进度进行有效控制,必须同时监控成本和进度的变化。有效成本、进度综合控制的关键是只要一发现成本、进度差异和低效率就积极地着手解决它,而不是放任不管。特别是在水电工程里,进度控制尤为重要,问题越早提出,则对整个项目的冲击和经济效益的影响就越小。
In the course of management of hydroelectric project and house construction,the change of engineering cost and construction progress must be monitored and controlled synchronously in order to control the cost and the progress effectively.The key for the effective combination control of engineering cost and construction progress is such that so long as the difference between the cost and the progress and the poor efficiency found it should be solved energetically rather than let things slide.Progress control is very important most of all for hydroelectric project,for the earlier the problem found the less the impact to whole project and economic benefit.
