摘要
从项目管理、地质勘察、地基处理、材料选用等方面分析了建筑工程施工中常见的众多质量问题的原因，介绍了质量问题的处理方法，达到保证工程安全及施工质量的目的。
From project management, geology investigation, foundation treatment, material selection and other aspects the quality problems frequently encountered in construction of building works are analyzed; at the same time corresponding treatment methods are introduced in order to ensure engineering safety and construction quality.
