This paper introduces monitoring methods for prestress construction as well as quality control and technical key points in construction. Ways how to correctly calculate the loss of prestress and theoretical extension value of reinforcement are also introduced in order to ensure prestress construction quality of bridge and improve durability of bridge with prestressed concrete structure.
