阐述了公路工程隧道概预算定额理解应用中需注意的几个问题，同时从编制概、预算的角度分析影响隧道工程造价的几点因素，通过对影响造价因素的分析，探讨了如何更好地编制隧道工程概、预算文件，使其能够更好地控制工程造价。

Problems deserving attention in budget estimate rnanagement of highway tunnel works are elaborated. From budget estimate arrangement aspect factors influencing engineering cost of tunnel are analyzed. Further discussion is also made to improve budget estimate arrangement quality for better control of engineering cost.
