摘要
结合原太高速公路和新原高速公路的施工经验，介绍了公路施工前的准备工作以及土方施工工艺，提出了施工中的质量控制措施，尤其是填土含水量的控制，总结了施工体会。
Combined with experiences in construction of Yuanping-Taiyuan and Xin-yuan expressways preparation work before construction and earthwork construction are introduced. Meanwhile, quality control measures in construction are proposed, especially measures for moisture control of fillers. In the end construction experiences are summarized.
