In light of the importance of bituminous pavement＇s flatness, the author introduces its main influential factors in the stage of construction, and illustrates measures to improve flatness from the control of under-bearing stratum＇s flatness, quality requirement of bituminous mixture, paving and rolling, in order to ensure the quality of pavement.
