摘要
通过Microsoft Access对投标竞争对手以往的报价记录进行快速、高效地整理和分析,从数据库的前期规划和设计两个方面介绍了数据库的建立,得出各投标人的标价变化,对投标的最终报价起到辅助决策的作用。
Through the arrangement and analysis of previous bidding record given by opponents with Microsoft Access promptly and effectively, it introduces the building of database from two aspects, planning and design in early stage, and we can conclude that the change of bidding price would have an auxiliary aid on the decision of finial bidding price.
