摘要
目的探讨长期低浓度酒精摄入对低龄大鼠肝细胞结构和功能的影响。方法选用1月龄Wistar大鼠16只,饲以25%酒精6个月,建立酒精性肝病动物模型。在光镜和电镜下观察肝细胞显微和超微结构的变化,用V-G染色观察肝组织胶原含量,用比色法检测血清肝功能。结果与对照组相比,酒精组肝细胞浑浊肿胀,部分肝细胞中脂滴增加,可见少量肝细胞灶状坏死。酒精组和对照组胶原纤维含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),酒精组谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶分别为(144.66±12.26)u/L、(68.11±10.12)u/L,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长期低浓度酒精摄入可导致低龄大鼠酒精性肝病发生。
Objective To investigate the effect of prolonged lower content ethanol intaking on the morphology and function in the younger rat. Methods Wistar rats with only one month old were fed diet containing 25% concentration of ethanol for 6 months. Histological studies were done by light microscopy and electron microscope. Liver tissue collagen were examined with V- G stain. Liver function were assayed by colorimetry. Results Lipid droplets and myelin figure were observed in hepatocyte in ethanol-fed group. Liver tissue collagen stain had no significant difference between the two groups. Compared with the control group, alainine transaminase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) were increased in the ethanol-fed group, respectively(P〈0. 05). Conclusion Longterm alcohol consumption may induce alcohol liver disease in the younger rat.
