摘要 作者提出了一种估计串联系统可靠性的新的方法.该方法综合运用了系统水平和元件水平的部分数据.众所周知,一个串联系统的可靠度等于所有元件可靠度的乘积.为了精确估计所有元件的可靠度,我们必须充分利用所有测试数据信息.但是,由于在系统水平的数据中存在一些隐藏数据,我们必须通过一种EM算法来计算以系统水平测试数据为条件的元件的失效概率.另外,作者还提出了一个研究案例. Author presents a new way for reliability estimation of series system based on both parts of system-level data and parts of component-level data. It is well known that for series system, its reliability equals to product of all components reliability. In order to estimate all components reliability accurately, we must make full use of all testing data information. But as the presence of some masked data in system-level data, we have to calculate the failure probability of components conditioned on systemlevel testing data by a developed EM algorithm. Furthermore, a numerical case study is presented.
