61例中重度Graves眼病临床疗效观察

Observation on treatment of 61 patients with Graves’ ophthalmopathy

目的探讨糖皮质激素或放射治疗对Graves眼病的治疗作用。方法对1985年12月～2005年12月收治的61例中、重度Graves眼病患者进行回顾性分析，糖皮质激素治疗组15例，眼眶放射治疗组16例，糖皮质激素加眼眶放射联合治疗组30例。结果各组治疗前后眼球突出均有明显变化（P〈0．05），以激素加放射治疗组变化更为明显。放射治疗组、糖皮质激素组及激素加放射治疗组的有效率分别为62．5％、69％、90％。激素加放射治疗组与其它两组比较，有效率均有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论对活动期中、重度Graves眼病放射治疗加激素联合治疗是一种比单独治疗更为有效的方案。

Objective To investigate the effective with orbital irradiation or corticosteroids in patients with Graves＇ ophthalmopathy. Methods 61 patients with moderate or severe Graves＇ ophthalmopathy from Dec 1985 to Dec 2005 were retrospectectively analyzed. 15 patients received corticosteroids, 16 patients received orbital irradiation,30 patients received orbital irradiation and corticosteroids in the meantime. Results There was significant difference in the degree of exophthalmus before and after treatment （P 〈 0.05 ） for all of the groups. The overall clinical response rate was 62.5% for orbital irradiation,69% for corticosteroids,90% for orbital irradiation and corticosteroids. The combined therapy group was more effective than single therapy group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Compare with single therapy, orbital irradiation plused corticosteroids is an effective therapy for moderate andsevere Graves＇ ophthalmopathy.
