摘要
随着石油化工工艺的不断变化和能源的日益紧张,要求压缩机能够在更大的范围内实现排气量连续调节。文中详细介绍了一种基于时间控制气量的调节方法,提出了系统实施方案。在原理性试验的基础上,将调节系统安装在一真实压缩机上,在实验室实现排气量全量程的无级调节。
With the constant changes and petrochemical processes increasingly tense energy, compressors were asked to achieve in a larger range of continuous capacity regulation. Approach of capacity regulation based on the time control was introduced in detail. Implementation of the system was brought forward. Regulation system was installed on a real reciprocating compressor on the base of element experiment.Capacity stepless regulation was achieved in the lab.
