中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变64例

Sixty-four Cases of Diabetic Peripheral Neurapathy Treated by Chinese Combined with Western Medicine

目的：观察五子四藤一仙汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）的疗效。方法：随机分组。对照组采用西药降糖及对症治疗，配合双侧足三里穴位注射脑苷肌肽注射液；治疗组在对照组用药基础上，加服五子四藤一仙汤。15d为1个疗程．连续观察2疗程。结果：治疗组有效率81．896，对照组有效率61、396；治疗前后主要临床表现、神经传导速度比较，治疗组均优于对照组（P〈0．05-0．001））。结论：五子四藤一仙汤配合西药治疗DPN的疗效明显优于单用西药者。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of Wuzi Siteng Yixian Decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN）. Methods： 64 patients with DPN were randomly divided into two groups： the controlled group （31 cases） and the treated group （33 cases）. The former were treated with Western medicine for the depression of sugar in the urine along with the injection of cerebrocarnosine in the Tsusanli of two sides. In addition to the administration of the controlled group, the treated group were treated with Wuzi Siteng Yixian Decoction. One course of treatment was 15 days, and constant observation for two courses of treatment. The effective rate of the treated group was 81.8% while that of the controlled group was 61.3%. The treated group is superior to the controlled group after the treatment in the main clinical manifestation, the conduction velocity. Conclusion： The therapeutic effectiveness of combination of Wuzi Siteng Yixian Decoction together with Western medicine is evidently better than that of the administration of only Western medicine.
