摘要
通过化学沉淀法制备了沉淀物前驱体,经热处理后得到纳米NiO。通过XRD对其结构进行表征,其衍射峰位置分别为37.3°、43.3°和62.9°,与标准图谱一致。对纳米NiO电极材料进行电化学性能测试,结果表明:以Na2CO3为沉淀剂制备的纳米NiO电极材料具有更好的电容特性,电极在电流密度为3 mA/cm2时,其比电容达到180.00 F/g。
The precipitate precursor was prepared by chemical precipitation method and nano-NiO was synthesized by heat treatment. The structure of the heat-treated material was characterized by XRD. The diffraction peaks were in 37.3°,43.3° and 62.9°, which were consistent with normal pattern. The electrochemical performance of the nano-NiO electrode material was tested. The results showed that nano-NiO electrode material had better capacitance characteristic when Na2CO3 was precipitating agent. The specific capacitance of the nano-NiO electrode was 180.00 F/g at 3 mA/cm^2.
