摘要
采用三维数值模拟的方法,研究了电动汽车实践中的两种MH/Ni电池组结构热管理的通风冷却效果。根据三维温度场、速度场、压力场的计算,分析了温度场不均匀和流动回流的因素,并提出了结构改进建议。这两种类型热管理系统在电池组台架试验及混合动力电动车示范运行试验中的运用结果表明:电池组内温度极差小于5℃,系统冷却效果良好。
In order to study the cooling effect of ventilated flow of two structures of Ni/MH battery pack in electric vehicle practices, three dimensional digital simulation method was adopted. Based on the calculation results of three dimensional temperature field, velocity field and pressure field, the factors of asymmetric temperature field and circumfluence were analyzed, and the adviee on improving structure was also given. The results of bench test and the test on HEVs demonstration nmning of two types of thermal management systems showed that the temperature difference in the battery pack was lower than 5℃, and cooling effect was good.
