摘要
采用火焰原子吸收法测定EMD中的铁含量。介绍了铁的最佳测定条件及线性范围,并对测定中的干扰因素进行了综合考虑。该法具有灵敏度高、重现性好等特点。样品中铁含量测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于2.0%(n=5);回收率为98.3%~101.7%,达到了实验室质量控制的要求。
The flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry method was used to determine iron content in electrolytic manganese dioxide(EMD). The optimum determination conditions and linear range of iron were introduced. The interference factors in the determination were considered synthetically. The method had advantages of high sensitivity and good reproducibility. All the relative standard deviations (RSD) of the iron content were less than 2.0% in sample determination ( n = 5) ; the recovery rate was 98.3%- 101.7%. The method met the quality-control requirement of laboratory.
