摘要
本文对杨木中性亚硫酸盐—蒽醌(NS—AQ)浆进行了漂白研究。实验表明,用中小型造纸厂的设备和条件,进行次氯酸钙单段漂白,当有效氯用量为10%时,可使NS—AQ杨木浆白度达到76.4%SBD以上;但当有效氯用量为10%时,用二段漂白,可使其白度达到:81.6度,得率:55.8%,特性粘度:728mL/g;而用HPH三段漂白,则可使其白度达到:85%ZBD,得率:53.7%,特性粘度:714mL/g,返黄值:1.47。而且,这时如果配合使用荧光增白剂与品兰,则又可使浆的白度提高到92.1%SBD。所以在中小企业中,用普通漂机就可使NS—AQ杨木浆达到高白度。
The bleaching of the poplar neutral sulfiteanthraquinone(NS AQ)pulp is studied in this paper,The exprimental results show that this method is suitable for the middle or small paper mill.The whiteness of poplar NS AQ pulp reaches above 76.4% SBD when the process of calcium hypochlorite single stage bleaching is used and the percentage of effective chlorine is 10%,The whiteness attains 81.6%SBD by using the process of calcium hypochlorite two bleaching.While the process of HPH three stage bleaching is used,the whiteness of the pulp is 85% ZBD and the whiteness reaches 92.1% SBD by adding brightener and blue in the pulp.
